IT Business Analyst

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Analyzing business needs based on user requirements, including but not limited to designing user requirements into business requirements, creating stages for system development
• Acting as a bridge between User and IT development; this role includes coordinating, facilitating, scheduling system testing, and evaluating the result

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in business requirements gathering, requirement analysis, design and testing
• Good understanding of SDLC and its methodologies
• Having skill in modeling language such as UML
• Good understanding of banking, internet and telecommunication business
• Smart, attractive, well presented and has excellent communication and presentation skills (proficiency in English is a plus)
• Able to work as a team or individual
• Fresh graduates with potential qualification are welcome
