 Job Description

 E2E Complaint Analysis
 VIP Network performance monitoring and user experience improvement
 VIP Route KPI performance improvement and management
 VIP Cluster KPI maintenance and Improvement
 VIP Event management
 In-house Tool development for daily routine tasks Automation

 Basic Requirement

 Minimum Bachelor Degree on Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic/IT
 Ability to work in a team
 Ability to prioritize workload
 Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Can develop Macros to automate daily routine tasks
 Familiar with major apps within Android and IOS platform
 Excellent communication & presentation skill
 Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 Able to work independently, detail-oriented, multitasking, work based on priority
 Passionate, team player, self-initiative, creative problem solver

 Technical Requirement

 Ability to understand and analyze wireless network KPIs, 2G/3G/4G
 Knowledge of cell site design and networks
 Expertise in DT log analysis 2G/3G/4G
 Must know E2E Call flow (CS&PS), and have Trace Analysis skills
 Must have experience with Huawei, Ericsson and Nokia
 Familiar with CISCO Architecture
 Experience with traffic management, accessibility, mobility & retain ability aspects of LTE & UMTS.
 Evaluate coverage problems and new service area requirements for coverage cells, Can do Physical optimization and understand the results based on different antenna
 Understand the IBC design/issues/improvement processes
 Expertise in Timer/Parameter optimization
 Have experience with Feature implementations
 Know the counters, KPI formulas
