Requirements :
- Techniacl ability: Familiar with netnumen tool, Master LTE SSV process and operation (power/ tilt/ parameter change,iperf), master basic indicators (RRC/ ERAB/ Hand over SR) analysis and optimization methods
- Work scope: LTE new sites radio parameters configuration, handle SSV, improve new sites KPIs to acceptance threshold

Experience :
- Experience more than 10 years on RF Planning or Optimization leader (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Strong Knowledge for RAN, Controller for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Radio Planning Strategy & Solution.
- Familiar with Radio Network Planning Tools such as Mentum Planet for create Simulation and Projections
