Position Title : Solutions Sales Specialist

Job & Responsibilities :
  • To represent the JV offers in a customer centric view, demonstrating capability and value offered by the JV across all its offers: acting as customer advocates: representing the customer needs within the JV, bid process/ compliance to Sales Operating Model, translation of customer needs into JV capabilities and how they can add value, development of complex customer solution, customer stakeholder management (where appropriate), effective engagement and alignment with Channel Account Executives and other internal stakeholders and achievement of team sales target.
  • To work closely with DES Account Manager, Internal JV (Channel Manager, Pre- Sales Solution Architects and PMO) and where necessary Telkom’s Solution Engineer ITSS
  • To develop strategies, policies and best practices for the customer.
  • To develop and cultivate strong customer relationships ensuring a 'Customers for Life' relationship. May be responsible for achieving the NAS Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer.
  • To adopt a disciplined Opportunity Planning process to achieve desired outcome
  • To develop customer offers that are aligned to the Customer needs, representing good business for the JV.
  • To adopt a Mentor and Leader position with JV sales channels (Telkom DES and Telstra GES).
  • To be responsible for sharing information and best practices with others. May be required to support and instruct less experienced co-workers, through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring.
  • To prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
Requirements :
  • +5 years experiences on IT and Managed Services Business Environment
