Job Summary:
Analyze, prepare, implement and verify the installation, configuration and integration of EEA Solution. Scope could include the scenarios of upgrade expansion/functionality and capacity, and integration of EEA with OSS/BSS customer systems.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Take responsibility for accurate and timely data loading into EEA according to Solution Design
Configure adapters to load the Probe Data
Develop tools and methods to load the Reference Data
Configure EEA KPIs and ensure KPI accuracy from Data Source to User Presentation
Document and Execute System Integration Tests
Knowledge Transfer to UAT and Project Support
Support User Acceptance Testing Identify and drive improvements
Post project activities perform
Team Leader:
Work closely with the Program Director for estimates, scheduling and resourcing
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to project status
Core Competences:
Good level of knowledge in Linux (RHEL) administration
Good knowledge in Python and Bash Scripting
Understanding of Big Data Analytics
Good understanding of Ericsson ARK framework
Good understanding of virtualization
Good knowledge in Hadoop ecosystem, HDFS (MapR), Zookeeper, Storm and Spark
Good knowledge in OLAP database (Green Plum or Drill) and RDBMS (Postgres)
Problem Solving and trouble-shooting ability
Programing experience
OSS/BSS portfolio knowledge
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Experience from installing and integrating OSS/BSS solutions
IP network knowledge
Experience in Big Data, BI & Analytics frameworks (real time/offline)
Good understanding of virtualization
Good knowledge in Hadoop ecosystem, HDFS (MapR), Zookeeper, Storm and Spark
Good knowledge in OLAP database (Green Plum or Drill) and RDBMS (Postgres)
Ericsson Expert Analytics
Relevant certifications
General Knowledge of IBM/Tektroniks probes
Past experience in two or more of the following:
Platforms (Cloudera, MapR, Pivotal, Oracle)
Tools (Hadoop, Spark, Map Reduce, Pig, Hive, HBASE and Sqoop, HDFS, Splunk, Cassandra, SAP HANA, Apache Spark/Storm, Greenplum)
