IT – Application Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities :
  • To work closely with the business unit to understand the Helpdesk service agreements, including providing and designing technical solutions to support these services.
  • Offer solution to the problem and fulfill user needs.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from reputable University (with GPA Min. 3.0).
  • Understanding the Programming in PHP.
  • Good Knowledge in SQL.
  • Understand  Unit Testing Concept and Code Integration.
  • Maximal 26 years old.
