Community Engagement Specialist

(Ext-230/PGPA/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/PGPA/2012)

Summary of Job / Qualification :

• Minimum education: S1(S2/Master degree wil be an advantage).
• Broad knowledge on development organizations and has strong network with Indonesian practitioners in social investment projects.
• Job scope:Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
  • Project management skill, particularly with community project.
  • Manage social investment project, from incepation to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Social mapping.
  • Fostering good relationships with host communities, Government authorities and other formal/non-formal leaders, keeping the lines of communication and trust open with a variety of stakeholders groups.
  • Maintaining all above within the Chevron Code of Conduct, SOX, FCPA requirements, and OE-HES compliance.
• Desiring to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activities.
• Able to establish effective relationship with other people of other culture and background.

Education Level : S1 / D4
Minimum GPA : 2.75
