Executive, Voice and VAS Quality of Service

Summary of Job Description :

Executive Voice and VAS QoS will be responsible for monitoring OSS data KPIs, analyse performance, optimization services for Core Network and VAS Platforms supervising, following by sharp solution for better performance.

Details of Job Responsibilities :

  1. Analysing Core and VAS network performance KPIs through OSS statistics, customer satisfaction index/complains to Customer Service or other data sources.
  2. Identification of eventual quality problems or weak spots/areas and initiate and execute the action plan to solve it.
  3. Communicate with other departments and vendors (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Operation, and other) for network quality improvement initiatives or problem coordination and control.
  4. Control vendor statistics availability and validity.
  5. Support in creating procedures and standards for E2E quality improvements and control.
  6. Daily, weekly, monthly and other reporting to Management about network quality level.

Job Requirements:

a. Competencies : Proven to be able managing a team in his/her previous telecommunication industry experience

b. Education : Bachelor degree or other engineering speciality

c. Experience : 3 - 5 years in related field
