Exe, Digital Internal Media

Details of Job Responsibilities: To develop and implement strategy to increase visibility of and traffic to the digital internal media (intranet, internal TV, not to limit, other internal digital media products development) To maintain intranet content, online features – including e-learning – and general updates To pick up and respond to issues online, working with teams across the business Working with communications colleagues to write, edit and seek approvals for the content Creating monthly reports across online communications internal use, provide with measurement tools and analysis To draft materials in Bahasa and English for publication on the internal digital media To perform duties and assignments as directed and related to the position Job Requirements: Essential: Experience of delivering on line content and using content management systems Experience of working with internal business and editorial teams Keen understanding in what makes online communications intuitive and effective Good all around communication skills and understanding of the wider communication spectrum Flexibility and willingness to deal with the new subjects Good organization skills; ability to work with multiple contributors at various levels Proven track record of delivering high quality work within a demanding environment.
