IT Assisten Manager

Responsibilities:

• Performs IT operation support to technical issues experienced by users, identifies bug fixes and develop enhancements of applications or infrastructure
• Develop and supporting issues reported by internal customers from end-to-end, analyses and investigates the issue, communicate the progress of the issue to the internal customer and delivery of the solution to internal customers.
• Assist in managing IT project from system design to final implementation and proactively seek possibility to enhance IT Services.
• Make sure all IT system is well documented

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Information Technology
• Minimum 4 Years in supervisory level.
• Strong logical analysis skills preferably with system design background and skills in programming
• Familiar with .NET, SQL and windows server environment
• Familiar with Cisco based network infrastructure
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (MM, FI, SD) is an advantage
• Tactful in handling project management
• Self-learner and self-reliant
