Summary of Job Description : Executive Voice and VAS QoS will be responsible for monitoring OSS data KPIs, analyse performance, optimization services for Core Network and VAS Platforms supervising, following by sharp solution for better performance. Details of Job Responsibilities : Analysing Core and VAS network performance KPIs through OSS statistics, customer satisfaction index/complains to Customer Service or other data sources. Identification of eventual quality problems or weak spots/areas and initiate and execute the action plan to solve it. Communicate with other departments and vendors (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Operation, and other) for network quality improvement initiatives or problem coordination and control. Control vendor statistics availability and validity. Support in creating procedures and standards for E2E quality improvements and control. Daily, weekly, monthly and other reporting to Management about network quality level. Job Requirements: a. Executive, Site Wholesale

Job Responsibilities :

* Managing and supervising the execution of sales and implementation of NTS' site shared by Other Licensed Operator (OLO) and by other sharing tenant, starting from site offering up to site is ready for construction (RFC) or site is ready for installation (RFI).
* Coordinating and liaise with internal related departments to obtain their cooperation and support during the processes of technical survey, as-planned approval, CME engineering, Landlord consent. Community permit, and 1MB revision.

Job Requirements :

Competencies :

* Knowledge in functions and inter-working relations of mobile telecommunication networks elements, especially in GSM and UMTS Radio Access Network
* Knowledge of requirements and processes of SACME activity for telecommunication network roll-out
* Knowledge of site infrastructures required for implementation of mobile network

b. Education :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or related study, preferably from a reputable university.

c. Experience :

* At least 3 years of supervisory level work experience in related field.

Sufficient knowledge in telecommunication services and information technology are required.

Job Responsibilities :

* Coordinating and administering the execution of Collocation sites acquisition of Other Licensed Operator (OLO) sites, starting from site survey permit up to ready for construction (RFC) stage.
* Arranging and obtaining approval from OLO to comply with minimum technical requirements sets by Network Roll-out in accordance with both RF requirement and TX requirement, and follow-up any blocking issues which affecting the delivery of site and affecting the operations & maintenance of the acquired OLO sites in the assigned area.

Job Requirements :

a. Competencies :

* Skilled in computer applications and fluent in English both orai and written.
* Well understanding in telecommunications services and its business processes.
* Understand the concept and implementation of Project Management especially in Telecom projects.

b. Education :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or related study, preferably from a reputable university.

c. Experience :

* At least 3 years of executive level work experience in related field.

Details of Job Responsibilities: To coordinate with Contractors to ensure IP Transport network is implemented as per the planning documents and specifications to meet rollout targets. To define implementation guidelines for IP transport implementation. Define MOP {Methods of Procedures) and acceptance procedures for accepting the network element into service. To supervise implementation of PE Routers, Core LAN Switches, MPLS Network connection, MPLS VPN and IP Core Transmission network elements implementation based on plan issued by planning teams. To provide up to date reports on IP Transport transmission planning, deployment and acceptance status to NRO, Planning and Operations, by evaluating and assessing Contractors project status, schedules and logistics framework through structured and regular weekly meetings. Coordinate and perform SAT, SIT, UAT, MVI for IP transport network. To contribute to continual development of the ASTRA database by submitting change request to the database structure to ensure that interfaces reflect an efficient data entry and reporting methodology. To collect, analyse and enter IP Transport related data into the ASTRA database. Job Requirements: Working knowledge of PE Routers, Core LAN Switches, MPLS Network connection, MPLS VPN and IP Core Transmission network elements implementation based on plan issued by planning teams. Must have excellent technical MW transmission knowledge, including MW, Fiber, Core and Management systems Must have a clear understanding of IP Transport technology, design, equipment specifications, NMS, including system design for GSM network. Must have excellent communication and language skills allowing clear expression of issues to all levels within and outside the NTS organisation. Must have interpersonal skills allowing work in an integrated environment and the ability to find innovative solutions to technical problems. Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic/Communication/Telecommunications Certification for IP Networks (CCNA/CCNP) is mandatory. AXIS IP Core, Executive CCNA certification

IP Core, Executive - Jakarta


Job Responsibilities :

* To provide detail design of national wide IP core network, including its IP addressing, MPLS configuration and other detail parameters
* Responsible for designing O&M network and coordinating with other related departments (Transmission, Operation, IT, etc)
* To analyse IP core network traffic performance from operation department and give the necessary solution for preventing network failure
* To do traffic dimensioning of all IP based traffic carrying in MPLS backbone nodes


Job Requirements :

* Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Telecommunication or Informatics Engineering.
* Min. 2 years working experience in IP-based and internet services, including design and implementation.
* Good knowledge in telecommunication system, TCP/IP, MPLS network, and BGP routing protocols
* Good knowledge in Data infrastructure (LAN / WAN), Cisco Certified will be an advantage.
* Good knowledge in SDH and PDH transmission system
* CCNA or other networking certification
* CCIP and/or CCNP is preferable
* Fluent in English language both written and speaking
* Highly developed Communication skill (Presentation, Interpersonal and Influencing skill).
* Team work, matured and open personalities.
