ICT Local Support Engineer – Cisco CCNP

Our client is a leading IT vendor for telecommunication business in Indonesia. As one of the well known and established system integrator, they perform their excellence in project delivery, especially for Value Added Services (VAS) solution.

To strengthen their business, currently they are looking for a qualified candidate to join in their team as :

ICT Local Support Engineer – Cisco CCNP
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance - On Call Status
• Installation and configuration
• Testing and fault analysis
• Provide technical assistance
• Facilitate the involvement from client in design stage
• Address complaints and prepare reports
• Understanding in Operating System : Solaris, Unix, Oracle, SQL
• Understanding in Protocols : TCP/IP, INAP, TCAP, H323, CAMEL, ISUP, C++, JAVA

Requirements:

• Having experience in VAS(Value Added Service) and IN (Intelligent Network) Architecture for ICT (Information Communication Technology) projects
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar role
• Any related engineering background
• Problem solver and customer satisfaction oriented
• Ready 24 hours x 7 days
• Good English oral and written is MUST
• Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people
• Proactive person
