5.) Head of CS Core & IMS TAC
Main Duty :
- Lead CS Core & IMS team,
- Handling IMS & VoLTE issues, train the team to be able to manage IMS & VoLTE issues E2E
- Analyze network end to end in order to troubleshoot & isolate fault
Requirements :
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a IMS experts
- Have a good leadership, able to lead
6.) Head of RAN TAC
Main Duty :
- Lead RAN team
- Ensure timely resolution of level 2 faults
- Verify Planned events executed in the network & proactive detection of degradation
- Impact assessment of Network Planned Events to ensure minimal impact to live network
Requirements :
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a RAN experts
- Have a good leadership, able to lead
7.) Head of Transmission TAC
Main Duty :
- Lead Transmission team
- Ensure all transmission related issues are resolved within SLA
- Ensure timely capacity triggering & implementation to ensure service quality
- Impact assessment of Network Planned Events to ensure minimal impact to live network
Requirements :
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a Transmission experts
- Have a good leadership, able to lead
