Responsibilities
• Provide relevant information to customers
• Present the company product and services professionally
• Actively market and promote company products and services
• Acquire, establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue

Requirements
• Male/ Female, S1 any majors, preferably in relevant engineering/ science fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written) would be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skill, innovative and target oriented
• Experienced in related field would be an advantage

TELESALES (TL)

Based in Jakarta , Surabaya

Responsibilities
• Actively market and promote company products and services

• Acquire, establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue

• Develop new sales opportunities

Requirements
• Male/ Female, D1-D3 Economic, Technique, Communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written) would be an advantage

NETWORK MONITORING CENTER OFFICER (Code : NMCO)

Based in Surabaya

Responsibilities

• Deliver and ensure outstanding customer service

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers

• Effectively handle complaint

• Actively market and promote company products and services

• Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers

• Monitor and ensure smooth network operations

• Maintain product and service quality

• Maximize internet usage by customers

Requirements

• Male, D3 or S1 in Computer Science or Engineering

• Excellent knowledge on internet working, hardware and software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English would be an advantage

• Able to work under pressure and willing to work on shift

PROGRAMMER (Code : P)

Based in Surabaya

Responsibilities
• Analyze, design and develop program
• Perform data research and data coding
• Implement, monitor and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of program
• Handle troubleshooting skillfully
• Update system and program periodically
• Maintain product and service quality
• Maintain security system

Requirements
• Male or female, S1 in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in internet related industry is an advantage
• Excellent in programming and willing to explore new program
• Good knowledge and usage of MySQL, PHP, .net, visual basic
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere
• Willing to work long hours and available on emergency situation
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Able to work under pressure

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (Code : PRO)

Based in Surabaya

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain company brand image

• Prepare promotional materials including writings/articles for publications

• Establish and maintain relationships with partners, journalists and reporters

• Organize events

• Create, maintain and update marketing database

Requirements

• Female, S1 from any majors or D3 from communications

• Experience in related field will be an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good in English, spoken and written

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Independent, self motivated and a team player

• Pleasant personality, attractive, creative and energetic

ADMIN SUPPORT (Code: AS)

Based in Surabaya

Responsibilities

· To perform administrative tasks in support of the department as and when required

· Provide high-level administrative support

· To handle all incoming and outgoing calls

· Preparing correspondences

Requirements

· Female, Min D1-D3, Secretary or any majors

· Able to handle multi-task responsibilities

· Independent, self motivated and a team player

· Pleasant personality, attractive, creative and energetic

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
