- As first line support being it in telephone or on-site. The person(s) will be assigned on a project basis and will be on 24 x 7 standbys.
- To understand and learn all the architecture of the system delivered by IB Tech to the customer.
- Prepares the preliminary trouble-shooting checklist for all IB Tech system in the field.
- Will perform corrective (troubleshooting) and preventive of software maintenance for all system delivered by IB Tech to the customer.
- Prepares and submit a problem report and update the field service report on the root cause and resolution of the problem
- Will give a best recommendation or solution of the problem report, whenever required by IB Tech customer or Supervisor.
- Prepare change analysis proposal and involve in variation order project development.
- Early involvement in all development projects in order to have a good understanding on the system flow and environment, therefore after project handover, you will be able to take or maintain the system.
- Must be able to travel whenever required to the IB Tech customer site office or project site.
