VOIP SIN DIALOGIC LOCAL SUPPORT
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the system operates in normal condition, resolve any alarm, failure, incidents, and performance degradation.
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance on a regular basis.
• Provide reporting and performance management
• Handle all engineering and operations support including documentation
• Must be able to perform duties on 24X7 on shift (shift propose will start at 2-9pm and 9pm-7am)
• Must be able to perform duties on-call and/or on-site support during 7am-2pm

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Have an experience as Senior Engineer with minimum 3-5 years experience specific to VOIP technology and has a good hands-on operations skill with Telco (wireless) background
• Understand TCP/IP Concept and Implementation
• Familiar with IP Routing and VLAN configuration
• Familiar with E1/T1 Technology and configuration
• Familiar with VoIP Technology and configuration
• Familiar with SIP, H323, SS7, ISDN Protocol, implementation and configuration
• Familiar with IVR Technology and configuration
• Have adequate knowledge of Database System (SQL, etc)
• Able to operate and administering Linux Server (and variants) in Production system
• Able to operate and administering Windows Server (and variants) in Production system
• Able to operate and administering RADIUS/AAA Server (FreeRadius and variants) in Production system
• Able to operate and administering VoIP System (Cisco, Quintum, Vocaltec, Audiocode, Dialogic, Nortel/Nuera, etc) in Production system
