ENGINEERING DIVITION

SPESIFICATION :

1. BSC Engineer, NOKIA

• Min. Bachelor Degree (preferable from Telecommunication / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering & Communication / Information / Technology)
• Good knowledge BSC Nokia (Troubleshoot, Commissioning, OSS, etc)
• Be excellent in communication in English spoken and writing.
• Hard working, high motivation & responsibility.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project timeline.
• Working area – Singapore.

2. OSS and Optimization Samsung equipment

• At least 3 years Experience for installation & optimization.
• Good knowledge GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, and WiMAX, LTE.
• Good knowledge OSS Samsung.
• Have strong ability of RF troubleshooting.
• Have strong knowledge of Optimization procedure.
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study.
• Be excellent in communication in English.
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer.
• Be familiar with tools/software such as Genex/Nemo/ZTE/Agilent/TEMS/Actix/ Mapinfo/GPS,/compass/gradienter and so on
• Have HUAWEI or ZTE Project experience in RNP / RNO is preferred.
• Familiar with Samsung equipment.
• Have working experience in Operators is preferred.
• Have project management experience.
• Working area – Indonesia.

MARKETING MANAGER TELECOMMUNICATION BASED (1 person)

Specification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline (preferable from Marketing & Communication / Information / Telecommunication & Technology)
• At least 7 years has working experience for as Marketing and Customer Relation Management in Telecommunication background
• Skills and knowledge about Telecommunication Marketing and Having experience leading of Project Telecom.
• Good knowleadge about Planning, Installation, Optimization, Commisionning, CME, RFI, for GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, and WiMAX, LTE network.bluuuu
• Male/Female more than 35 years old

Optimization WiMAX and Installation Engineer

Specification:

JUNIOR ENGINEER FOR CORE - Code JEC

BASIC:

• Graduate from reputable university, minimum S1 with majoring in Telecommunication
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Persuasive and have open mind
• Can work as a team
• Determine for the goals
• Can do attitude
• Able to make and do presentation for customers
• Able to provide and compile supporting data in process of making a comprehensive technical documentation for proposals and reports.

EXPERTIES:

• Minimum 2 years experience for Core Network (Circuit Switch and Packet Switch), both in GSM based technology (GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA) and CDMA based technology(1X, EVDO), or fresh graduate with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Understand signaling technology such as SS7, Sigtran (including SIP and SIP-T)
• Having field experience in operation or engineering is strong advantage.
• Understand for using core tools such as protocol analyzer
• Understand the roadmap to future technology such as WiMax, LTE, UMB

CELLULAR FIELD ENGINEER – MEDAN

Responsibilities:

• Check Installation.
• Handle Transmission, Commissioning and Integration.
• To arrange ATP Installation and Hand Over to Client.
• Cross connect and cut over/Swap
• Trouble shooting.
• Handling survey ( Engineering and LOS )

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, 22 - 30 years old.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Electro/ Telecommunication.
• Having two year experience in same field is more preferable.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Having knowledge in BTS and/or Transmission will be an advantage.
• Having basic knowledge of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA.
• Computer literate.
• Have an outgoing personality, smart, co-operative and able to work under pressure.
