• Network Certification (CCNA) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Have a good ability in problem handling and problem solving
• Good personality and communicative to accommodate this requirement
• Willing to travel around in nationwide
• Having Experience in ISP Company is an advantage

CELLULAR FIELD ENGINEER – MEDAN

Responsibilities:

• Check Installation.
• Handle Transmission, Commissioning and Integration.
• To arrange ATP Installation and Hand Over to Client.
• Cross connect and cut over/Swap
• Trouble shooting.
• Handling survey ( Engineering and LOS )

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, 22 - 30 years old.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Electro/ Telecommunication.
• Having two year experience in same field is more preferable.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Having knowledge in BTS and/or Transmission will be an advantage.
• Having basic knowledge of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA.
• Computer literate.
• Have an outgoing personality, smart, co-operative and able to work under pressure.

DRIVE TEST SENIOR ENGINEER / ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs,

· Drive test analysis & reporting

· Cluster acceptance testing

· Network problem trouble shooting

· Customer complaint resolutions

· Planning tool maintenance and updating the same

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability: Immediately
• Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
• For Senior Engineer, 5 years of experience in the 2G and 3G cell sites
• For Engineer, 3 years of experience in the 2G and 3G cell sites, fresh graduates also welcome
• Have at least 3 years of drive test working experiences with 2G/3G GSM /WCDMA Network Design and Optimization
• Good knowledge in drive test tools functionality, post report analysis and use of applications related to the drive testing service.
• Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports.
• Experienced with national cellular operator
• Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia
