- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Having an experience of Hardware and Software installation for HP/IBM/SUN esspecially Blade and Storage Server
- Having an ability to install OS such as: Linux, Oracle, MS server
- Having an ability to Configure DB redundancy by using Clusteringstructure
- Capable to Assists customers to resolve issues and interface with BDE (Bug, Diagnosis and Escalation)
- Capable to Configure RAID with related application use by HP and IBM software program
- Capable for Trouble shooting of Hardware and DB
- Typically more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Can Communicate, Read and Write in English
