Technical Support Engineer CCNA, MCSE or RedHat Certification

We are seeking young professionals to be part of the teams to provide solutions ( hardware & software )

Summary of responsibilities:

Perform installation, configuration and preventative maintenance hardware and software system. Manage problem identification, problem escalation, and may provide basic training and technical support to Customer, maintain site logs & develop solutions. May assist with the preparation of technical presentations, establish positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, graduate from reputable universities.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as System or Network Engineer.
  • Has a strong technical knowledge of complex multi-vendor, multi-platform hardware, network and system components.
  • Strong knowledge in network and system administration, troubleshooting both in windows and linux environment.
  • Has a strong ability in analyzing problems and very methodical in solving problems.
  • Willing to take appropriate risks and accept accountability for actions.
  • Quick learner and highly motivated in learning new technology.
  • Able to display a high degree of tact and diplomacy skills.
  • Fluent in English for both oral and written.
  • Preferable holding CCNA, MCSE or RedHat Certification.

Physical Demands:

Must be responsive to 24-hour customer service commitment and follow the alert procedures. Some travel required.
