Responsibilities:
------------------

* Solving basic troubleshooting & technical queries for workstations
and servers.
* Analyze possible causes of hardware failure especially laptops and desktops
* Analyze possible cause of network connection failure
* Analyze possible cause of PABX system failure
* Daily Maintenance on IT section

Requirements:
-----------------
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* Have a good knowledge in LAN/WAN, Software, Hardware, &Troubleshooting
* Knowledge in Windows is a must
* Knowledge in Linux is a must
* Knowledge in Macintosh is advantages
* Knowledge in PABX system is advantages
* Knowledge in Cisco system is advantages
* Should have a positive and helpful disposition
* Initiative to learn, self-motivated, responsible, independent,
enthusiastic individual
* Good English communication skills
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
