Responsibilities :

Responsible to prepare agreement & maintain existence of Authorized Services Provider/Center (ASP/ASC); Measure KPI &Take lead audit ASC; Conduct NPS measurement and deploy improvement plan; Conduct Consumer Care together with Marketing activity; Handle customer complains & product trade-in; Conduct on validity and approve warranty claims from ASC including detail analysis ; Prepare claim summary and spare part purchase to be processed by F&A; Review Consumer Care financial reports.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree, min 3 years has working experience with handling customer Service & Care with strong data analysis and has capabilities in problem solving technique; has good personality and interpersonal skill, Proficient in English language, has good coordination capability, the incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude & assertive, Self learning capabilities & manage allocate time effective and willing to travel.
