Qualifications

  • Male Age 23-27 years old
  • Having 2 year working experience in the same position, preferable in shoe manufacture
  • Have knowledge in Continuous Improvement system and process.
  • Have knowledge about Industrial Engineering concept
  • Have Knowledge about Business Process Re- Engineering ( BPR )
  • Have knowledge about Lean Manufacturing System, BSC, KPI and 6 Sigma
  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering ( Teknik Industri )

General Requirements

  • Fluency in English both oral & written.
  • Computer literature (MS Office, MS Visio & AutoCAD)
  • Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
  • Strong leadership & team player.
  • Have good analytical skill.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • The selection will be done in Bogor West Java
  • Job Location Bogor West Java
