System Support Staff (Jakarta Raya - BSD)

Sigma Community are a market leader in providing information technology solutions, with more than 20 years of experience in delivering complex, mission critical systems to Indonesia and global markets. To support our rapid business development, we are looking for the following resources:

Responsibilities:

• Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local & wide area network (LAN, WAN) hardware and infrastructure
• Explore, implement, and test tools to improve network communication, security, and performance
• Maintains Server (Web Server, mail server, database server, DHCP server, DNS Server)
• Maintain hardware related fixed assets

Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information Technology.
• Possess deep knowledge in TCP/IP, Network and Operating System (LINUX and Windows based)
• Understanding Mail Server System, Gateway, DNS, DHCP, Samba, WebServer
• Knowledge of Cisco Router and VOIP
• Experience as System Support Engineer at least 1 year.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
