Our Jakarta office has deal with some of well known multi-national and local companies to help them looking for high calibre and selected candidate to support their growing organization. Currently we are recruiting on the behalf of our Clients in search of Head of Network Planning conforming to the criteria below:
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Chief Technical Officer.
* He /She is responsible to establish Network Planning guide-lines and prepare long-term and mid-term plans based on the commercial consideration.
* Maintain communication with marketing to understand the requirements, and decide Network topology base on input from other department.
* He/ She have to participate in development of yearly Network budget ( CAPEX ) and highlight areas of improvement base on operational efficiency and product development. Actively follow and understand the technology evolution and prepare the Network plan in line with the technology roadmap.
* He/ She have to be an integral team to negotiate and finalize contract with vendors, and follow up to ensure timely approval, ordering and emerging technologies in order to meet mid-term and long-term plans objective.
* Prepare report to CTO regarding production, plan and challenges of the planning department.
* He/ She has expert in planning of Core / VAS , BSS Plan, Transmission and RF Planning.
Requirements:
* Master or Bachelor in the engineering domain from University in Indonesia or overseas.
* Minimum 15 years in Telco industry, with at least 5 years experience in Network planning
* Have fluent in oral and written English, and understand the roadmap of Cellular technology
* Have expertise in technical management and familiar with coordinating engineering team.
* Capable to negotiate with the vendor and decide the best solution of Network planning.
