They are the world leader in protein crystallization automation and have introduced a revolutionary new technology into the liquid handling market. They urgently requiredhighly competent and technically qualified senior and junior software engineers to be located at SALATIGA.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the software development life cycle, including post-implementation support. The candidate is expected to perform system architecture development, architecture review, and code development and review in a team environment. Candidates should exhibit a high degree of ownership and pride in their code and a commitment to releasing quality software on time. Candidates must work well independently, with worldwide team members, and on-site with customers. Travel to locations outside Indonesia (e.g. U.S.) maybe necessary on as needed basis.
Requirements:
- 2- 4 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Computer Sciences, from a highly ranked domestic or international university, or technical institute. or technical institute.
- Minimum 4-6 years of software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Demonstrated experience with system architecture development, review, and software programming in a team environment.
- Experiences with .Net and C# are highly desirable. C++ and Java are acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing software projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and managing teams.
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in English
