Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible of regularly providing the top level management valid and updated progress reports of all projects in the company that are linked to XL’s service and technology business operation. S/he will be the translator for the top level management in understanding project updates that really matter to the implementation of XL’s business operation strategy.
- Monitoring the progress of all projects related to XL’s service and technology business operation
- Coordinating with Project Management Offices and ensuring all project progress updates are consolidated in timely and accurate manner
- Validating and verifying information on project progress with various project owners
- Developing high level progress reports to be presented to top level management
- Assisting the top level management in taking a well-informed decision by providing readily available information about project implementation
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Strong business and technical understanding
- High level of people and project management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Organized with good analytical thinking
- Full of energy and self-driven
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management area
- S1 degree from a reputable university (preferably with Telco Engineering background, S2 degree is a plus)
- Strong understanding about telecommunication business and operation
Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
