Senior Solution Architect, RAN (Radio Access Network) (Telecommunications & Network Industry)

Jakarta - Indonesia


Our client is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally

As Solution Architect RAN, your main focuses are;

* The Solution Architect interacts with the customer to define and provide technical, competence development solutions that enhances the customer's competitive position.
* The Solution Architect plans, designs and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user-services, and competence built up etc. Solution architect will involve in the presales activities and project delivery.
* A Solution Architect typically interacts with customer staff, 3 rd Party suppliers, MU staff and other groups within Service Delivery Organization.



Requirements

Education Background

* Bachelor Degree / Master Degree from Telecommunication engineering


Pertinent Experience

* 5 years in the same roles and responsibilities handling end to end Radio Access Network


Business Competence:

* Good/Excellent Business Competencies such as Business Understanding, Financial Understanding, Risk Analysis, Sales/Business Development.
* Good/Excellent Communication Skill (Interpersonal communication and presentation skill)
* Good/Excellent in Consultative Skills, Problem Solving, Sharing Knowledge, Concept Development, Lead Others, Drive Change, Negotiation skill.
* Good/Excellent in costumer solution development and management.
* Familiar with sales process and tools as well as project process.


Professional Competence:

* Experienced in two or more functional roles (RND/Tuning/NPI) in minimum 2 different technologies (GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE)
* Experienced in several project phase from pre-sales, project delivery up to project closing.
* Experienced in interacts with costumer staff and higher level management.
