NOC MONITORING ENGINEER

We are centralizing and expanding our Managed Services offerings to our customers. Therefore we are recruiting for the Dimension Data Indonesia, located in Jakarta.

NOC MONITORING ENGINEER (p)

Main duties :

• Logging the incident.
• Attempting an initial resolution.
• If not possible, escalate & control further escalations as required.
• Maintain ownership and tracking of all incidents, making sure that none are “lost”.
• Maintain information about the incident to aid current and future resolutions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education is Diploma
• At least 1 years of professional experience
• Working experience in an Telecommunication industry is appreciated
• Basic knowledge in business administration and/or network-skills
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Willingness to work in a 24-7 shift environment
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English is valuable.
