Scope of Work:

Femto & IMS - Solution Integrator (Verification/Implementation)

Skills, Experience, and Education:

• BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE, or acceptable equivalent of post secondary education and experience.
• Master’s highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Sprint's Femtocell and IMS solutions, architecture and usecases
• Hands-on experience with platforms (Femtocells, Ericsson IMS, Tatara CS, Airvana FSM) which includes software deployment, configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Integration experience with Sprint's OSS/BSS systems (Netcool, PIERS, SPS, NETi)
• Excellent knowledge of IP networks
• Excellent knowledge of CMDA networks (RAN)
• Previous experience with certification in Sprint's STIC lab in Lenexa, KS.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Expected to write test instructions, operational guides, methods of procedures and create and maintain site specific engineering dcoumentation.
• Capable of working in a team
• Assist solution architects in customer requirement gathering and analysis.
• Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
• Map test cases to detailed requirements.
• Contribute at customer site as solutions expert.
• Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability.
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality.
