Manager Access Network

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and maintains network infrastructure components; trouble-shoots network to diagnose system problems; identifies, locates, resolves, and repairs problems; installs and configures software upgrades, file sharing, and domain security protocols.
• Plans, develops, and designs network management and maintenance projects, including policies and procedures, operational improvements, backup and archival files, and evaluates new technology integration.
• Coordinates operations activities with other departments and service providers;
• Manages the operational activities of the Access network, including design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security.
• Analyzes network functions and evaluates the services provided; develops plan of action and recommendations; identifies milestones and issues to be addressed, and generates reports as required.
• Supervises and provides technical leadership and guidance to technical staff; ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and that all issues are addressed and resolved.
• Monitors utilization trends, manages network performance, and assures maximum uptime; performs ongoing analysis, capacity planning, and technical tuning of the network systems to improve performance.
• Created and Check RFQ information.
• Manage 3rd party to get the best business deals.

Skills and Specifications

• Knowledge Network MPLS, Routing Network BGP Network, VPN , IPV4 , IPV6
• Knowledge Network Transmission SDH, Metro DWDM, Fiber Optic, HFC and FTTX network.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimal S1 from Telecomunication

• To ensure upkeep of technical manuals/documentation for Bali-Lombok network infrastructures.
• To response, follow up and resolve with MS team any problem reported by sales and dispatch by Network Operation Center (NOC)

Requirements:

• A minimum bachelor degree from Telecommunication Engineering with at least 5 years experiences.
• Have a good knowledge of GSM and Electrical Technology
• Have a good knowledge of Huawei & Ericsson GSM product portfolio.
• Have a good skill of fault analysis and problem escalation
• Have a good skill of using test equipment
• Able to speak and write in English
