Network Engineer

Requirement:

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skill
• Well organized, High initiatives, Fast learner, and Team work
• Proven ability to write & speak in English
• Ability to work in a dynamic and high pressure environment, Hard worker, and Discipline
• Preferably hold certification such as CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIP/BROCADE/ALCATEL, etc.
• A good point while having an experience working in Service Provider (Telco, ISP, etc.)
• Also please your experience and expertise by state below choices :

             Hardware : CISCO/JUNIPER/ALCATEL/BROCADE/F10/EXTREME
             Experience : Design/Configuration/Maintenance/Implementation
             Certification : CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA-SP/JNCIP/BROCADE/ALCATEL/ENA/Others

2G and 3G Optimization Engineer

Due to expansion of our Telecom business to Major Clients in Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong Cellular RF Planning & Optimization :

Qualifications :

• 2 – 12 years experience in 2G/3G Radio Network Optimization.
• Good Knowledge on RF system.
• Proficient in field Optimization and KPI optimization.
• Well versed with RF parameters values, handover/power control parameters.
• Having good knowledge and work experience in Nokia/Siemens/Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson/Alcatel systems.
• Good Presentation skill.
• Work Independently, self driven and motivated
• Willing to work around Indonesia
• Can join immediately
