Team Installation - Jabo&Bandung&Sulawesi&Medan&Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

• Finish BTS installation according to the standard;
• Finish MW installation and pointing according to the standard;
• Finish installation self-inspection;
• Finish survey, dismantle;
• Finish photo/data collectiong and documents;

Requirements :.

• NSN experience is priority;
• Huawei, ZTE and others equipment experience is advantage;
• Must be controlled and skillful;
• At least half years experience in Installation Telecommunication;
• Be qualified for tower climbing;
• Willing to travel frequently.

Regional BSS/RAN Service Network Leader (Jakarta, Bandung, Sumatera, Sulawesi)

• To manage and deliver some report such as BSS/RAN performance report, BSS/RAN capacity report, analysis Optimization report.
• Distribute task among team member and manage regular and ad hoc meeting that needed by customer and other department.
• To ensure identification of root cause on network performance degradation.
• Giving direction & guideline to the team member in order to make accurate analysis.
• Ensure data integrity & report submission to customer.
• Liaise with other function within NPM to following up network performance issues.
• Trouble Ticketing Management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering.
• Have experience as a team leader in BSS/RAN Planning and implementation Project - 5 years Telecommunication industry work experience.
• Have strong knowledge in 2G(GSM) and 3G WCDMA, CDMA technology.
• Strong knowledge and understanding on BSS/RAN planning, capacity analysis and optimization.
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English is a must. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
• Positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination skills.
• Willing to work and travel to all regions of Indonesia.
