CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Will be based on Jakarta Office


Responsibility :

  • Manage all of company construction equipment
  • Tracking Licenses and permits for all construction equipment, trucks,heavy equipment, vessels, barges, boats etc.
  • Tracking location of all internal construction equipment
  • Getting daily and programmed maintenance records from all sites for the construction equipment and keeping a database of all this.
  • Keeping up to date the Operations and Maintenance manuals for all the equipment.
  • Maintaining a database of Risk Assessments for each plant

Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree
  • Computer Literate
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position in Construction , Mining /Oil & Gas Industry
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
  • Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.

SAFETY COORDINATOR (Senior Position in Construction)

Minimum Requirement:

  • This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
  • Must be able to co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the projects safety management program.
  • To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety responsibilities.
  • Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager for the development, implementation review and revision of health and safety sections of the Project Execution Plan.
  • Investigate and report on all work related injuries / illnesses (other than first aid) and near misses.
  • Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
  • Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • At least 12 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
  • Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
  • Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.

initiatives, to fill the following positions:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER - CIVIL / STRUCTURE ( Will be based on Project Location )

Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Project Manager on monthly progress claim for work completed.
  • Assisting Project Manager on the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintaining register of variations, extension of time claim.
  • Liasing effectively with site engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations and extension of time claims is captured.
  • Maintaining and controlling engineering documents and drawings.
  • Comply with the Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.


To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Minimum 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyors with a contractor.
  • Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or suitable equivalent.
  • Experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.
  • Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same.
  • Strong and clear communication skills (English verbal and written) with proven ability to engage others.

Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA Company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

Planning and Scheduling Engineers ( Will be based on Project Site )

Requirement :

  1. Responsible for the planning and scheduling functions for the Project including Manpower and Resource Loading/Schedule.
  2. Adherence to the Company’s Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
  3. In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.
  4. Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect current status of progress.
  5. Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.
  6. Responsible for the efficient and effective project implementation of Microsoft Project software (Primavera is an advantage) for the project to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
  7. Develop and maintain s-curve reports and provide overall progress reports and other matters related to schedule as required by the Project Manager.
  8. Provide assistance to Engineers on scheduling requirements.
  9. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements. Advise on actions to be taken to prevent or improve undesirable trends in progress.
  10. Identify possible time impact issues i.e. set up and manage Variation Order
    Detection System.



Accountabilities :

  1. Graduated from min S1 degree
  2. At least 7 years experience in the same field (copy of reference letters will be requested)
  3. Possess Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills
  4. Ability to read and interpret drawing
  5. Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  6. Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
  7. Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
  8. Target oriented and able to work independently
