Job Description

• Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced, motivated 2 ways-radio pre-sales engineer located in Jakarta.  

• This role partners with Motorola 2 ways radio prospects and customers to understand, challenge, and provide insights into the organization’s needs to drive communication transformation through sales of Motorola 2 ways radio.

• As a key member of our sales team, you must thrive in an 2 way communication solution, is highly collaborative throughout all levels of the organization and is powered by team members with passion and drive to ensures that all aspects of the commercial and technical transactions of a sale are appropriately executed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration with at least 3 - 7 years working experience or equivalent.

• Ability to cope with stress
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in software/solution development technology will be an added advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills
