Description:

• Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for our products and the after-sales technical support in the field of wireless networking in Indonesia. You will support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main service provider accounts.
• Wireless products software upgrade, hardware expansion or other related changes
• Maintenance and troubleshooting (on-site or remotely)
• Technical support service to customer
• Collection and report of product problems

Position Description:

• Male age 25-35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Electrical engineer/Telecommunication engineer/Computer engineer/IT engineer from reputable university or equivalent.
• Responsible to maintain installation, maintenance activities at project site for all FiberHome product
• Posses good interpersonal communication skill and initiatives to solve problem and have image to customer’s expectation.
• Good knowledge in Computer literate, Wireless, Transmission Telecommunication and Electrical/electronic
• Deep experiences and understanding for Installation, Testing & Commissioning Wireless/transmission
• Able to use SDH Analyzer, Power meter, Ber tester, Drive tester
• Willing to work hard & complete the job on time
• Willing to work on project outside jakarta

Salary and Benefit Package

• Salary: Based on candidate condition and subject to negotiation (with THR);
• Others: Six months probation period
