NETWORK SUPPORT OFFICER

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning, maintenance, administrator network system
• Installation and maintenance LAN & WAN, Firewall, Router & Switch
• Scan internal network
• Backup network configuration daily, weekly, monthly
• Supervise the network logs

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Network Support Officer
• Able to work on-call as well as on weekends.
• Willing to travel to our DRC site if needed.
• Able to work independently in minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, especially in English.
• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
