END-TO-END SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Role:

  • To design the strategy and standards of people, process, policies, tools across all XL's service touch points (e.g. Customer Service, XL Center) in order to enhance customer experience.
  • To implement the strategy and standards in collaboration with relevant functions, including the process owners.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic performance
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years experience in customer-centric back-end role (strategy/business process redesign) in Telco/Banking/Hospitality industry
  • Strong capability to gather and analyze information
  • Exposure in integrating customer and business insight to drive creation and implementation of strategy
  • Excellent persuasive and influence skills
  • Excellent communication skill
