HELPDESK (HD)


Responsibilities :

  • Accepting and identification incoming technical and administration complain from customer
  • First level handling problem request and logged from customer
  • Coordinating and escalating the interfering complained to related department

Requirements:

  • Male/female, age between 20-27 years old
  • D1/D3 degree from Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in English is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
