Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for market distribution and all aspects of water/wastewater design and development including client liaison, business development and management of technical design
- He/She will develop the business plans, forecasts, budgets, as well as initiate and cultivate relationships with new target organizations, create and deliver sales presentations
- Drive business performance by contributing strategic and tactical professional experience, knowledge and skills
- Travel is required within Indonesia
Qualifications:
- To qualify, the candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales, business development, product management, marketing or technical consultancy experience in the WWT industry
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Strong combination of technical, project management, business management, and business development skills e.g., opportunity development, strategy, marketing plans, forecasting, meeting sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (e.g. act/diplomacy, persuasion, cooperation, negotiation)
- Solid project management skills (eg. conducting research and analysis, creating and achieving goals and objectives)
- Prior water/wastewater industry experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, problem solver, creative, persuasive, and team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
- Excellent knowledge of sales and practices and processes for new business generation using sales and marketing strategy and tactics
- Speak, read and write English
