- Min. S1, majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputable University
- Male, min. 28 years old
- Min. 3 years experience in related field, preferably in high rise building
- Having good knowledge in every related field
- Computer literate,
- Proficiency with plumbing, electrical installation, water installation, and Chiller/Air Conditioner installation
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Able working on a team, working under pressure, target oriented
