Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying

· Min 3 years work experience in reviewing contracts and preparation of contracts for construction works

· Familiar with Indonesian Construction Law/ Regulation, FIDIC/ JTC contract

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

· Min 3 years work experience in the same position

· Computer literate

Engineer, Mechanical (site)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical)

· Min 6 years work experience as mechanical engineer in projects (especially in industrial and pharmaceutical building projects)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Willing to be relocated to site area

Design Engineer, Mechanical (HOJ)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical)

· Min 3 years work experience as mechanical design engineer (especially designing industrial or pharmaceutical buildings)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

Engineer, Electrical

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical)

· 5 - 7 years work experience as design engineer and project engineer (especially in MV/HV project)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

Supervisor, Mechanical-Electrical (site) (3 positions)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical/ mechanical)

· Min 4 years work experience as supervisor (especially in industrial building or hotel projects)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

· Willing to be relocated to site area

Coordinator, Mechanical-Electrical (site)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical/ mechanical)

· Min 4 years work experience in the same position (especially in hotel projects)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

· Willing to be relocated to site area

Supervisor, Civil/ Architectural (site) (2 positions)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil/ architectural)

· Min 3 years work experience as supervisor (especially in interior, decoration projects)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

· Willing to be relocated to site area

Junior Engineer (Energy Saving)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical that specialized in Energy Technology and Energy Saving)

· Has broad knowledge and eager/ interested in energy saving or green products/ technology

· Pro-active and must take initiative

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English

Junior Engineer, Electrical

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical)

· 1 - 2 years work experience as design engineer (especially in industrial building projects)

Construction Manager

Qualifications:

Project Manager

Qualifications:

· Min 10 years work experience as Project Manager (especially in industrial building projects or hotel and resort projects)

· Able to coordinate with various discipline of engineers

· Computer literate

Architect (project)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering (Architecture)

· Min 4 years work experience in the site (especially in hotel and resort projects)

· Familiar with international standards and codes

· Strong leadership and decision making ability

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English (a must)

· Willing to be relocated in project area

Technical Writer

Qualifications:

· Min Bachelor degree in Engineering

· 3-5 years work experience as technical writer (not just translating)

· Experience in preparing technical specifications

· Good English is a must

Kitchen Designer

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in Architectural

· Specialized in design of industrial kitchen facilities

Including :

· Dimensioning of kitchen and dining areas

· Selection of Kitchen Equipment to cater for different nationalities

· Respect for Quality and HSE to International Standards

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English (a must)

Project Manager Engineering (Gresik based)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering

· Min 3 years work experience in the same position

· Knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines required

· Broad knowledge in international codes and standards

Engineering Manager (Jakarta based)
