Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or Informatics Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of basic frame work of Telecom / IT processes
  • At least 7 - 10 years experience in Telecommunication and IT
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience on OSS/BSS projects in Telecommunication Operation
  • Very good knowledge in Software Design and Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Indonesian)
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting approach
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for leading a team of software experts for OSS/BSS solution deployment. Responsible for multiple solutions and customers.
  • Work with customers, vendors, and project managers to resolve deployment issues
  • Ensure process documentation of OSS/BSS solution deployment
  • Ensure formal configuration baseline are established & all changes to these baseline are formally managed
  • Configuration Audit: undertake appropriate audits to ensure that the product complies with its contracted or specified requirements and to ensure that its configuration documents accurately reflect the product.
  • Planning: must be able to plan and co-ordinate OSS/BSS activities across assigned projects
  • Problem solving: must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts
  • Interpersonal skills: must be able to demonstrate good oral & written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely
  • Team working: must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal departments
  • Mentor and guide team. Delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits
  • To predict man-power requirements
  • To conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel.
  • Interact with Customer closely when required.
  • To ensure team member professional development as well as trainings for new features and new nodes
  • Expertise in one or more application vendors products
  • Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g. including process standards)
  • Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions
  • Planning and managing program wide application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
