Contact Centre Operations, Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
* Maintain good quality of contact center operations.
* Manage complaint and recovery management upon the whole contact center operations
* Liaison among cross function unit across functions of unit.
* Shows good performance upon any assignment across customer service area.
Requirements:
* Min. Diploma (D3), Bachelor is prepareable (any major)
* At least 2 years experience in same field
* Strong knowledge in Customer Service Appllication (such as: IVR, PABX, Sales Application, SAP, CRM application, etc)
* English fluency and computer literacy is a must
* Personality : customer oriented, people oriented, conceptual thinking, proactive and good interpersonal skill.
* High motivation and fast learner
* Open minded
