IT Officer at BANK CCNA and or MCSA is preferable

BNP Paribas Indonesia, a part of one of the leading world wide banking group, which has maintained a dynamic and growing operation in the Asian region for over 100 years, operate as a commercial bank providing a full range of banking product for medium and large companies, is expanding its role in Indonesia.

We are currently seeking candidate to join our bank as IT Officer (contract staff).

Key responsibilities :
· Maintain continuous and smooth operation of software/hardware, system and network
· Assist users in troubleshooting of any IT technical and operational problem
· Maintain daily IT activities
· Users support for banking application system, dealing room, etc
· Participate in DR site maintenance and BCP testing

Requirements :
· Male / Female, max 30 years old
· University graduate majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science
· Min. 2 years experience in IT technical support
· Having CCNA and or MCSA is preferable
· Having experience in Banking industry is preferable
· Good in English, both Oral and Written
· Having Good Analysis in Problem Solving
· Dynamic, Active, Hard Working and Willing to work overtime
· Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
