PROJECT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

• Sets up and manages support functions covering target, milestone tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
• Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes.
• Produces consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
• Coordinating with Project Manager, Marketing Team, Procurement Team, Engineering Innovation, Finance Team, Operator and Partners / Vendors to ensure all the progress.
• Controlling the project.
• Manages the Project documentation repositories.
• Analyzes and provides synthesis of key information to Managers.
• Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates at completion (EAC) for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.
• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Provide progress and financial guidance and accurate Project Performance Reporting.
• Perform cost analysis, time and resources.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 Years Old.
• Minimum S1 from reputable university.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience as Project Controller in Telecommunication Business.
• Good understanding in CME & Sitac Process.
• Computer Literate (Ms Office & Ms Project).
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill, high motivation, could work under pressure, able to work as a team or independent
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
