PROJECT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
- Sets up and manages support functions covering target, milestone tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
- Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes.
- Produces consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
- Coordinating with Project Manager, Marketing Team, Procurement Team, Engineering Innovation, Finance Team, Operator and Partners / Vendors to ensure all the progress.
- Controlling the project.
- Manages the Project documentation repositories.
- Analyzes and provides synthesis of key information to Managers.
- Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates at completion (EAC) for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.
- Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
- Provide progress and financial guidance and accurate Project Performance Reporting.
- Perform cost analysis, time and resources.
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 Years Old.
- Minimum S1 from reputable university.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience as Project Controller in Telecommunication Business.
- Good understanding in CME & Sitac Process.
- Computer Literate (Ms Office & Ms Project).
- Good Interpersonal & communication skill, high motivation, could work under pressure, able to work as a team or independent
- Willing to travel all over Indonesia
