A. Kualifikasi Pendidikan
Kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan:

    Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Jenjang S1/ D4;
        Jurusan: Teknik Mesin (dan jurusan yang serumpun), Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro,           Teknik Industri, Teknik Informatika,   Desain Produk, dan Akuntansi.
        IPK minimum:
            2,50 (skala 4) untuk lulusan PTN dengan akreditasi minimal B;
            2,80 (skala 4) untuk lulusan PTS dengan akreditasi minimal A.
        Mampu berbahasa inggris secara aktif dan pasif.
    Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Jenjang D3
        Jurusan: Teknik Mesin (dan jurusan yang serumpun), Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Bea & Cukai, Akuntansi, dan Administrasi Perkantoran.
        IPK minimum:
            2,50 (skala 4) untuk lulusan PTN dengan akreditasi minimal B;

    Lulusan SMK
        Jurusan: Teknik Mesin (Permesinan/ Otomotif/ Kendaraan Ringan/ Pengelasan), Teknik Elektro, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Komputer & Jaringan, dan Administrasi Perkantoran.
        Nilai transkrip kelulusan minimum 7,0 (skala 10).
        Memiliki pengalaman kerja atau magang di industri manufaktur kereta api.

B. Ketentuan Umum Pelamar

    Usia maksimal 30 tahun untuk pelamar jenjang S1/ D4/ D3 dan maksimal 28 tahun untuk pelamar SMK pada tanggal 1 April 2016;
    Berbadan sehat, tidak buta warna, bebas narkotika & obat-obatan terlarang, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan pemeriksaan kesehatan dari Laboratorium Klinik/ Rumah Sakit/ Puskesmas/ Dokter Pemerintah;
    Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah terlibat kegiatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari Polres setempat;

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their project in Indonesia.

  Responsibilities (RF NSN Expert):

• Monitoring and analyzing radio network KPI.
• Network planning and optimizing with GSM, UMTS or LTE technology.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, holding routine communication with customers, familiar with methods of network planning/optimization services.
• Making plans to improve network coverage and quality.
• Con-checking and optimizing configuration parameters, neighbor, etc.
• Outputting optimization reports.

Responsibilities (RF NSN Technical Director): Responsible for network performance with a deep understanding of network performance KPI and quality issues. Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, hold routine communication with customers, familiar with customer work processes and methods of network optimization services, understand customer demands on network performance and strategic planning. Analyze the network trends and initiate new parameter configuration based on tendencies and network behavior. Propose new features or trials. Provide deep technical expertise in 2G, 3G & 4G networks (features/parameters/call flows/counters/KPIs). Develop strategies for problems solving, can review and improve existing solutions. Training others and teams by transferring practical and theoretical knowledge. Define RNO guidelines/processes. Make plans to improve network coverage and quality. Outputting optimization reports.

Qualifications/Skills required:

• 10+ years of international RF planning and optimization experience on 2G/3G/4G networks (first class networks).
• Min. 4 years of working experience with NSN optimisation/planning tools (relative NSN features, parameters) - GSM or UMTS or LTE technology.
• Managerial experience for RF NSN Technical Director (at least leading RNO teams in network scale of 2000+ sites.) - not necessary for RF NSN Expert.
• Expert in optimization regulations and management.
• Very good analysis capability for DT data.
• Focus on technical issues - familiar with basic principle of RF with more experience on troubleshooting, performance issue analysis and solutions.
• Bachelor degree or above telecomm major.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and subcontractors; goal oriented personality.
• Powerful industry relationship and influence / multi-vendor experience.
• Expert in systemic network analysis and optimization capability.
• Languages: fluent English (Indonesian preferred).
