1. Technical Manager (1 each for Western & Eastern)

Job Roles :
• Continuously Improving KPI's
• Continuously reducing Weak spots
• Maintain Complaints Resolution SLA
• Continuously reducing Worst cells in the network

Job descriptions :
• Managing DT Activities in the Regions
• Managing DT Tools for the Teams
• Reviewing Optimization Reports
• Managing Clusters Optimization
• Reviewing Acceptance Reports from the Vendors
• Managing Complaints on Site visits and reporting
• Managing Worst & Bad Cells Optimization
• Managing Sleeping Cells Optimization
• Generating Reports with Action Plan


2. Technical Manager

Job Roles :
• Maintaining Excellent quality at Strategic locations like HP Centers/IT Malls etc.
• Close Coordination with Project & Planning teams on IBC performance
• Shooter Optimization

Job descriptions :
• Managing Walk Test activities in the Regions
• Managing WT Tools for the Teams
• Reviewing WT Reports
• Managing Indoor Coverage Optimization
• Reviewing Acceptance Reports from the Vendors


3. RF Specialist

Job Roles :
• Testing for all Key features in Pilot cluster and recommending Optimized values
• Deep analysis of DT logs (Signaling) and correlating with traces from other NE's
• Deep analysis of logs from Tools like Geolocation (TrueCall)
• Deep Benchmarking data analysis from DT, WT, open source data

Job descriptions :
• Key Features Implementation in the Network
• Maintaining Golden Parameters set
• Performing Reference Check for the features/parameters values
• Preparing Standard Report Templates
• Managing Benchmarking DT
• Generating Benchmarking Reports
• Providing Trainings to RF Engineers


4. Capacity & Performance Management (4 Positions)

Job Roles :
• Maintaining traffic balance between eNB's
• Maintaining traffic balance between FDD & TDD layers
• Continuously Optimizing traffic balance strategy based on network loading
• Timely escalation to Planning on expansion

Job descriptions :
• Generating Capacity Reports
• Managing Capacity improvement actions
• Generating Traffic Model Reports
• Managing feedback on expansion requirement
• Generating Performance Reports
• Analyzing and providing RCA for any dip in Performance


5. SON Specialist

Job Roles :
• Maintaining performance using various SON features implementation
• Fine Tuning features based on increase in Network loading
• Ensuring parameters consistency

Job descriptions :
• Managing SON Tool
• Finding possible issues in the Network using SON
• Providing Improvement Action Plan
• Fine tuning features policy
• Providing reports


6. DT Analysis & Reporting

Job Roles :
• Ensuring timely reports generation
• Providing improvement action plans to regional teams
• Timely escalation to RF Specialist for unresolved issues for Depp analysis

Job descriptions :
• Post Processing the DT/WT/Benchmarking data
• Detail Analysis for DT data/WT/Benchmarking data
• Generating Reports with Action Plan
• Tracking Action plan execution
• Generating Improvement reports (Pre/Post Comparison)


7. Project Controller

Job Roles :
• Ensuring timely processing of PPD, RNCS & Petty Cash
• Ensuring service activation on all SIM cards for testing at all times
• Coordinating with respective team on Special Events

Job descriptions :
• Managing PPD/LPD for all RF Team
• Managing SIM Cards RNCS for SF & Vendors team
• Managing Petty Cash for RF Team
