• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan hardware dan software yang difungsikan sebagai server Gateway + Proxy + Firewall Server        
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan hardware dan software yang difungsikan sebagai Mail Server        
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan hardware dan software yang difungsikan sebagai DNS dan Web Server        
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan hardware dan software yang difungsikan sebagai File Server        
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan Gateway+Proxy+Firewall Server beserta infrastruktur pendukung lainnya        
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan Mail Server beserta infrastruktur pendukung lainnya
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan DNS & Web Server beserta infrastruktur pendukung lainnya        
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan File Server beserta infrastruktur pendukung lainnya
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan infrastruktur jaringan yang baik untuk kebutuhan internal  dan eksternal operasional perusahaan       
• Bertanggung jawab atas kondisi lalu lintas data dan informasi pada sistem jaringan internal dan eksternal perusahaan        
• Bertanggung jawab atas keamanan sistem komputer dari kondisi-kondisi eksternal perusahaan  seperti virus dan lain sebagainya       
• Bertanggung jawab atas keamanan penggunaan sistem komputer dan alat-alat pendukung lainnya        
• Bertanggung jawab atas kebutuhan email account perusahaan oleh para pengguna di lingkungan perusahaan
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan dan pemakaian perangkat lunak berlisensi (licensed) dan tidak berlisensi (non-licensed) untuk kebutuhan operasional perusahaan   
• Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan persiapan mesin server berikut dengan konfigurasi hardware,  operating system dan network untuk proyek-proyek yang baru
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan sistem komputer beserta aplikasi yang dibutuhkan user dengan  cara memberikan rekomendasi profesional tentang teknis spesifikasi hardware sesuai dengan  kondisi internal perusahaan
• Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan dan melaksanakan sistem backup dan restore pada komputer server Gateway+Proxy+Firewall, DNS & Web, Mail Server, dan File Server
• Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan seluruh peraturan yang telah ditetapkan tanpa terkecuali
• Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan dokumentasi dan laporan tentang konfigurasi seluruh sistem yang ada di dalam lingkungan perusahaan
   

Requirements

• Pendidikan S1 Komputer
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai System Engineer atau Network Engineer
• Mengerti dan menguasai arsitektur perangkat keras Personal Computer/PC serta peralatan pendukungnya
• Mengerti dan menguasai arsitektur dan konfigurasi jaringan, seperti Network Protocol, LAN, WAN, WiFi, VLAN
• Mengerti dan menguasai perangkat router Mikrotik atau Cisco dan Switch HP
• Firewall, Proxy, DNS, Web, dan lain sebagainya
• Mengerti dan mampu mengoperasikan server operating system, seperti Windows Server, Linux, dan lain‐lain
• Mampu mengoperasikan beberapa standar program pada sistem Personal Computer, seperti program word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email dan lain-lain

Network Engineer  - PT Tara Sumber Makmur

Responsibilities

• The networking engineers are required to communicate technical networking information to non technical customers.
• Maintain Documentation, Network Policies and and Security standards.
• Monitor network for status and potential problems with tools such as MRTG, Cisco Works, Syslog-ng, HP Openview.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state of the art network technologies for problem resolution and project planning.
• Contact vendors of network equipment for technical assistance and problem resolution.  This position supports a 24x7 production environment. 
• Network devices configuration setup and cordination with vendor for network H/W configuration.

Requirements

• Understanding and ability to deploy technologies:

            - Cisco 7200, 3800, and 2800 series routers.

            - Cisco 3700, 3500, and 4900 series layer 3 enabled switching.

            - Cisco NX 5K and 7K series layer 3 enabled switching.

            - Commercial Physical Cable specification and termination for Fiber Optic and Copper high capacity network      grade deployments.

• Understanding of  routing on Windows, Solaris, Linux and/or HPUX
• Packet level troubleshooting experience with Infinistream, Sniffer, tcpdump, snoop, and winpcap.
• Detailed understanding and troubleshooting experience with EIGRP, BGP4, OSPF and Static Routing.
• Detailed understanding and troubleshooting experience with layer 2 STP, CEF, and dCEF.
• Detailed understanding and troubleshooting experience with firewalled environments based upon the Pix, ASA, FWSM, and Checkpoint Firewalls.
• Detailed understanding and practical experience with Cable Plant testing and certification.
• Detailed understanding and troubleshooting experience with DNS, Active Directory, Radius, ACS.
• Helpful training or certifications would include:  CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CCVP, CISSP, PMP               
• F5 6900 LTM, Viprion 4200 installation, configuration, troubleshooting.                                         
• Solarwinds NMS, cisco prime/works, configuration, installation, troubleshooting.
• Data center management facility, hands on and understanding of including cooling, power, cabling
• Will be required to be available outside regular business hours to address production problems, perform maintenance, and provide OGS.  This includes availability both on-site and by telephone. May be required to work any shift including, but not limited to, 12 hour 4-on 4-off work week and/or straight night or weekend shifts without regard to holidays.
• Desired Cisco qualification: CCNA or CCNP. Install, configure, support and maintain network devices.
• Project planning, implementation and documentation  required to meet internal and external Company customer requirements.
• Experience with LAN / WAN administration highly desirable.           
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills and comfortable in a culturally diverse working environment; ability to interact positively with management. Independent problem solving skills; self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in SLA pressure situations.
• Ability to work within a call management system to handle daily tasks. Previous experience with a Production Environment.

Tasks and responsibilities

* Daily capacity management of BSC load;
* Produce High Level & Low Level designs or contribute to cross domain designs
* As a designer, participate in and contribute to RAN Soft- and Hardware upgrade projects (implement and / or verification of new software releases);
* Contribute and deliver feature introductions and parameter changes in the 2G RAN;
* As a designer participate in and contribute to Pilot of Trial projects;
* As a designer, provide support to the roll-out process of SDU Network Deployment;

* BSS feature optimisation
* BSS feature implementation
* Up-to-date knowledge with Ericsson BSS (G11 required)
* In-dept knowledge of performance reporting and analysis (BO and ENIQ included)

Nice to have requirements:

* Useable level of E/// BSC HW knowledge
* Minimum level of E/// BSC SW support

Other requirements:

* Master / Bachelor degree (technical / telecommunications)
* Strong experience and understanding of 2G SW Features, their parameters, and the corresponding RAN Optimizations possible on network level
* Preferably several years of work experience with Operators network planning department
* Broad Telecoms, IT and Technology experience
